How does your guarantee work?

How long does shipping take?
NZ orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse and typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Australian and international orders usually takes 5 to 10 business days and are shipped from our international warehouse.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. The team will pack and ship out your order within 48 hours or on the next available business day. Once the item is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a URL which you can follow.
