How long does shipping take?
We currently offer free overnight shipping across New Zealand. All orders are delivered on the same day or by 9.30am the next business day. Please allow up to 2 extra days for rural delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. The team will pack and ship out your order within 48 hours or on the next available business day. Once the item is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a URL which you can follow.
Do you offer free returns?
As we cover the shipping cost of getting the item to you, you must cover the shipping of returning them item back to us. For more information please read our return policy.
Are you a New Zealand business?
Yes, we are a proud, small beauty business based in Auckland, New Zealand. We currently only operate in the online space but we're looking to launch into retail very soon. If you'd like to apply as a stockist, please contact us.
